Bulletins

Sysop-curated short notices that appear on the home page and (on
terminals) as the "B" main-menu option.

Adding

/admin/bulletins/ → Add. Fields:

• Title (1–80 chars)
• Body (markdown supported)
• Active (uncheck to hide without deleting)
• Order (lower first)

Pager view

On terminal, opening a long bulletin paginates with a [Q]=quit
prompt — see Pager.

Use cases

• Announcing maintenance / upgrades
• Highlighting a new feature (point users at the wiki page)
• Posting a "what's new" digest each month
• Sharing scene news that doesn't deserve a full board thread
