The interactive sysop walkthrough. /tutorial.
A slide-deck-style intro that shows new sysops where each major
subsystem lives. Covers, roughly:
- The Sysop Control Panel tour
- Creating your first board
- Bringing up an Echomail uplink
- Registering a door
- Setting up Backup
- Where to look when something breaks
Each slide has next/prev nav and a "Mark complete" toggle. Once
complete, the slide is hidden by default (you can re-show all
slides anytime).
When to take it
After a fresh install. ANetBBS spins up usable on day one, but
the tutorial walks you past the "I see something, what is it?"
questions a lot faster than reading the Sysop Guide front to
back.
